Our products are handmade, so appearance, decoration, color, and size may vary slightly from website photographs.

Products, flavors, quantities, pricing, and pickup availability may change. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order is completed and accepted.

Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and pickup information. We may contact you if clarification is needed before preparing an order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information appears incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate payment will be refunded.

Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout.

Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, processing times, and privacy practices.

Local Pickup

Orders are prepared for the pickup date and time selected during checkout. Customers should arrive during their scheduled pickup period or contact us as soon as possible when delayed.

We are not currently offering delivery unless it is specifically arranged and confirmed by The Sweet Beaver.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
