Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be refunded because ingredients, preparation, and production time may already have been committed to the order.

To request a cancellation, reply to your order confirmation or email us with your order number and pickup information.

Order Changes

Requests to change flavors, quantities, pickup times, or other order details are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after preparation has begun.

Missed Pickups

If you miss your scheduled pickup, we will hold the order through the following calendar day when reasonably possible.

Please contact us to arrange a new pickup time. Orders not collected by the end of the following day may be treated as abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Unsatisfactory Orders

Please inspect your order promptly. Problems must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when applicable. Keep the affected product and packaging until we respond.

When a verified problem is our responsibility, we may offer an appropriate replacement, correction, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Taste and Personal Preference

Because taste and texture preferences vary, refunds are generally not provided solely because a customer does not prefer a flavor when the order was prepared correctly and is not defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method when practical. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

If we are unable to fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement option or refund.
